In women’s health we use acupuncture to comfort and ease life’s challenges and transitions. Acupuncture treatments are gentle, nourishing and geared toward providing young and mature women with a new found awareness of the body, mind and spirit. The body has a way of following the activities of the mind which can be very useful in the treatment and in long- term care. Women receiving wellness care from Johanna will gain an understanding of the mechanics of their body, specifically which emotions and mental activities are influencing their physical condition.
