Many of us feel stuck, normally due to boundaries, fears, or self doubt. This 45 minute hypnosis session will guide you to set and honor bondaries, know your worth, and kick fear and self doubt to the curb.
Hypnosis is a deep relaxation. I do not have control over you and I can't make you do anything you do not want to do. It is a safe, comfortable feeling.
